Catoctin Pictures (in collaboration with Olim Entertainment) recently produced the short film Invasion '53, a sendup of 1950s sci-fi movies, shot in the style of the period. The ten-minute short stars Jeffrey Combs (Re-Animator, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine). This project was a test incubator, working out production efficiencies, new production methods, and crew positions at scale to refine cost savings and best practices. And, we had a lot of fun making it! ​​​​​
